Ongoing mechanical issues with the Northern Sea Wolf ferry connecting Port Hardy and central coast communities have caused cancellations for the rest of the month, BC Ferries warns.
“Our teams are in the process of securing dry dock facilities in Vancouver to repair the vessel,” says an updated service notice from the ferry service. “A foot-passenger only water taxi is being sourced to provide supplementary service to the mid-coast ports. Updates on that schedule will be shared as further information is available and resources are secured.”
