Dogwood Street between 9th and 12th Avenues will be closed most of Wednesday, July 8, while city crews complete manhole maintenance work.
The road will be closed in both directions from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Traffic will be detoured. The city is asking drivers to follow all traffic controls in place.
